Retired Librarian Queens and University of Toronto
Peacefully at Kingston General Hospital on Friday June 29, 2012. Daughter of the late Major John Keir and Emily Webster. Dearly missed by 1st cousins Francis Callas of London, Stuart Webster of Toronto and Ron Moir of Verona. Predeceased by cousins Victor Foley, Donald Foley and Isabel Sloan. Vivian will be missed by Thelma Foley and Jane Foley and her many friends.
A graveside service will take place at Union Cemetery, Lansdowne on Thursday July 5, 2012 at 11am. For those wishing, memorial donations to Union Church and Cemetery or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
